The Old City of Akko is a peninsula at the northern end of Haifa bay. It is completely surrounded by enceinte walls, land and sea walls that give the place its unique character.
On 1 Km² Akko provides a unique experience of a ancient walled city with narrow allies, marina, fishing harbor and a magical view of Haifa bay on one side and the Galilee mountains of the other side, Castle caravansaries (Chans) and Ottoman mansions.  The climate is ideal for touring and vacations all year around.  Eight months of the year Akko enjoins sunny weather 25-35 degree Celsius.
